Gender is a contested and unclear construct.
Not included in the Equality Act. Sex is and I could see the
benefits if you were making it more representative of each sex

multiple problems by trying to introduce self
ID in this way. And make it very difficult for labour to get
elected.
Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the
Bill?
Yes. Women's rights generally across uk.
Furthermore If men can say they're women to help themselves
it causes mass anger. Look at the SNP in Scotland and self id.

Letting men say they're women is totally
wrong

your remit. And you seem to be ignoring women's human rights.
